1. Who we are

Baigamats Entrepreneurship Centre, trading as Baigamats, is a Ugandan business. You can reach us at baigamatsinquiries@gmail.com.

2. What the platform is

Baigamats provides business software: sales, stock, customers, receipts and records. We are a software provider. We are not a bank, a microfinance institution or a payment service provider. Mobile Money and card payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers, and their own terms apply to those payments.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for the actions of staff you add to your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, to record transactions that did not happen, to interfere with the service or other users, or to try to reach data that belongs to another business.

5. Payments and fees

A sale is marked as paid only when the payment provider confirms it. Fees that apply to payments made through the platform are shown to you before you use them. Providers can delay, reject or reverse a payment under their own rules, and we cannot guarantee any individual transaction.

6. Your data

If you accept cookies on this website, we set one first-party cookie holding a random id, and use it to count visits: the page, the site you came from, your country and city, and your device type. We never store your IP address. If you decline, nothing is counted and no cookie is set. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your business records belong to you. We use them to run the service for you and handle them as described in our Privacy policy.

6a. Job applications

If you apply through our Careers page, we store your details and CV privately and use them only to consider you for roles. We do not share them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or pause parts of it, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from provider outages, incorrect information you enter, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ugandan law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
